The YWCA of Western Massachusetts is seeking the next generation of changemakers who are ready to service individuals and families who are victims/survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. Join our diverse team of passionate and caring professionals as we fulfill our mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all through a variety of programs in Holyoke, Northampton, Springfield, and Westfield.
